STENCILS

Our stencils are made from .07 ABS plastic. It is a durable material that is both flexible and lays flat without curling. Stencils can be made in one piece up to 4’ x 8’. Stencils don’t have to be just copy. Almost any design can be made into a stencil that can be used over and over again.

HIGH DENSITY URETHANE

HDU is an excellent choice as a replacement for wood signs. Impervious to the elements, it will not rot, split or attract insects. HDU is the most popular choice for outdoor dimensional signs. We rout our HDU signs from 15# density material and have thickness in stock from 1/2” up to 2”

PVC

Also a great substrate for outdoor use, PVC is available in thickness ranging from 1/8” up to 1”. A very popular application is dimensional lettering. PVC Accepts vinyl very well which makes it a good choice to use as a backer for contour cut digital prints.

ACRYLIC

We commonly rout ACRYLIC letters and shapes in 1/8”, 3/16” and 1/4” thickness. Thickness greater than 1/4” are not always suitable for routing. Please check with us when quoting thicker materials.

SOLID SURFACE PRODUCTS

These are products such as CORIAN, STARON, AVONITE. These materials make very classy signs when routed. For additional contrast and effect, the routed areas can be painted.
