Working with Rout 3D is easy

For quick pricing, we will provide you with a "budget" price sheet that allows you to quickly quote most signs without having to contact us every time you're discussing routed signs with your customers.

Just as with vinyl signs, routed signs can be simple or difficult and since our "budget" price sheet is based on square footage, you should use your judgment when quoting from the sheet. If a sign seems difficult, it probably is, and you should adjust your price accordingly.

For accurate quotes, just send us a layout or picture of the sign with the usual details (size, material, etc.) and we'll promptly send you a quote. To rout a sign, we will need a vector file in any of these formats: "Flexi 5", "Illustrator .ai", ".eps" or ".pdf". Basically, if you can cut it in vinyl, we can rout it.

We rout the following materials: High Density Urethane, High Density Polyethylene, PVC, Acrylic, Brushed Metal Laminates, Wood, Corian (solid surface materials) and light Aluminum.
